摘 要:稠油开采过程中,随着多轮次注汽采出液含水量不断增大,对联合站稠油脱水生产造成影响,造成大部分脱水设备超负荷运转,能耗大幅度增加,同时带来了很大的安全隐患。针对目前稠油脱水多级热沉降方法能耗巨大的问题,提出了新的热沉降优化方案,并对能量进行了重新核算。利用多相分离器处理后残存余温进行自然沉降,集中供热对不合格油品进行高效脱水,利用高效脱水产生蒸汽循环至多级自然沉降环节,加快沉降速率,改善沉降效果,实现了能量的多级利用,高效节能。该方案有效地克服了以往对高含水稠油整体加热沉降脱水的高耗能问题,大大降低了稠油脱水过程中的能量消耗。计算结果表明,与传统多级热沉降相比该方案降低能耗约26%。In the process of thickened oil extraction,with the multiple rounds of air injection,the water content of produced liquid increases constantly,which affects the thickened oil dehydration production in multi-purpose stations,lead to the overload operation of most dehydration equipments,increase energy consumption greatly and bring a lot of security risks at the same time.Aiming at the problem that the energy consumption of the thickened oil dehydration multi-stage heat sedimentation method is huge,a new heat deposition optimizing scheme is proposed,and the energy is re-accounted.The residual temperature of the multiphase separator is used for natural sedimentation and central heating is used to efficiently dehydrate the unqualified oil.High efficiency dehydration produces vapor to cycle to multi-stage natural sedimentation link,which increases the sedimentation rate,improves the sedimentation effect,realizes the multi-level utilization of energy,and saves energy saving efficiently.The problem that the energy consumption of the heating,sedimentation and dehydration of high waterbased thickened oil as a whole was high is effectively overcome by the scheme and the energy consumption in the dehydration process is greatly reduced.Calculation results prove that compared with the traditional thermal sedimentation,the energy consumption of the scheme is reduced by about 26%.
