摘 要:SAGD生产是一个注采平衡、精细调控的过程,从蒸汽注入到原油采出整个生产环节需要大量的工况参数作为调控依据,研究SAGD注采平衡对于SAGD开采具有重大意义。通过对注入蒸汽量、抽油机频率、采出液量等生产参数的自动化控制,实现SAGD生产过程的全流程监控,达到蒸汽注入与液量采出平衡。应用SAGD注采平衡系统可满足超稠油开采每一个生产阶段精确调控的要求,实现SAGD试验区所有工况数据实时采集和基本调控措施的自动分析,为SAGD大规模工业开发应用打下坚实的基础。SAGD production is a process of balancing injection and production,and fine control.From steam injection to crude oil production,the whole production process needs a large number of working condition parameters to adjust and control,so research on SAGD injection and production balancing is of great significance to SAGD production.Through the automatic control of production parameters such as injection steam quantity,pumping unit frequency and production fluid quantity,the whole flow monitoring of SAGD production process is realized,so as to achieve the balance between steam injection and liquid production.Research and application of SAGD injection and production balancing system can meet the fine control requirement in each production phase of super heavy oil production,realize the real time data acquisition of all working conditions and automatic analysis of basic control measures,and lay a solid foundation for the application of large-scale industrial development.
