摘 要:油田供注水工艺流程长、回注水腐蚀结垢性强,极易造成水质二次污染,影响注水开发。通过开展回注水二次污染防治工艺技术探索与应用,建立了"防""治"结合的水质二次污染治理措施,取消了配水间,实现了泵到泵直供水,采用枝状管网,大幅简化了供注水工艺流程环节,降低了水质二次污染概率。针对回注水腐蚀结垢性强的特点,建立以缓蚀为主、缓蚀阻垢杀菌一体化治理的差异化治理体系,回注水平均腐蚀速率由0.622 mm/a下降到0.038 mm/a。通过管道除垢、储罐清洗、注水井洗井等措施清除系统中的杂质。经过综合治理,井口水质达标率由71.5%提高到89.7%,一级至三级水质达标率降幅由16.5%下降到7.8%,回注水水质二次污染得到有效扼制,保障了油田精细注水开发。Because of long flow of oilfield water supply and injection process,strong corrosive and scaling tendency of reinjection water,the secondary pollution of water quality happens easily,which affects water injection development.Through the exploration and application of the prevention and control technology for the secondary pollution of reinjection water,the cause of water quality secondary pollution is analyzed,and the controlling measures of water quality secondary pollution combined with prevention and control are established.Through the optimization and simplification of the water supply and injection process,the water distributing room is eliminated,the direct water supply from pump to pump is realized,the branch pipeline network is adopted,which greatly simplifies the links of water supply and injection process,and reduces the probability of water quality secondary pollution.Aiming at the strong corrosive and scaling tendency of reinjection water,a differentiation management system of corrosion inhibition-based,integrated management of corrosion inhibition,scale inhibition and sterilization is established.The average corrosion rate of reinjection water is reduced from 0.622 mm/a to 0.038 mm/a.Through measures such as pipeline cleaning,tank cleaning and water injection well cleaning,impurities in the system are removed.Through the comprehensive management,the standardized rate of wellhead water quality increases from 71.5%to 89.7%,the decline rate of water quality from grade 1 to grade 3 decreases from 16.5%to 7.8%,and the secondary pollution of reinjection water quality is effectively controlled,which ensures the fine water injection development of the oilfield.
