碳纤维表面改性及碳纤维增强落叶松集成材的胶合性能

摘  要:通过碳纤维表面改性来提高碳纤维/间苯二酚胶黏剂之间的黏结界面性能,从而提高碳纤维(CF)增强落叶松集成材(简称为CF/落叶松集成材)的胶合性能和力学性能。分别以低压等离子体和常压等离子体的方法对碳纤维布(CF)进行表面改性,研究了碳纤维表面等离子体处理及处理时间对CF/落叶松集成材胶合界面性能的影响,以及这两种改性方法对碳纤维表面性能和CF/落叶松集成材力学性能的影响。主要研究结果如下:1)确定了本试验条件下等离子处理的最佳工艺,低压等离子体处理时间为1 min,常压等离子体处理时间为10 s时,CF/落叶松集成材胶合性能最佳,静曲强度和弹性模量分别提高。经过处理的碳纤维表面产生刻蚀,表面含氧官能团明显增加。2)通过比较低压和常压等离子体处理碳纤维的效果以及对复合材料性能的影响可知,低压处理效果更好,但是常压处理可以达到改性效果且具有经济性、实际可操作性和可工业化生产等优点。This paper aimed at improving the performance of carbon fiberreinforced larch glulam(CF/larch glulam)by modifying carbon fiber(CF)surfaces and,therefore,enhancing the bonding performance of carbon fiber/wood interface with wood adhesive.The CFs were modified using two mothods,i.e.,the lowpressure plasma and atmospheric pressure plasma.The properties of bonding interface of CF/larch glulam with CF treated by different processing times of the two methods,and the mechanical properties of CF/larch glulam were examined.The chemical composition and appearance of the CF surface were also discussed.The results showed that,when the CFs were treated by low pressure plasma with 1 min,the CF/larch glulam had the best performance.The dry shear bonding strength and wet shear bonding strength increased by 38.04%and 40.90%,respectively.The stripping performance was improved obviously.The MOR and MOE of the CF/larch glulam increased by 6.93%%and 11.00%,repectively.The chemical composition on the surface of the CF was changed by increasing 118.88%C-OH,378.94%COOH(COOR)and27.27%O/C.When the CFs were treated by the atmospheric pressure plasma with 10 s,the CF/larch glulam had the best performance,the dry shear bonding strength and wet shear bonding strength increased by 16.76%and 20.37%,respectively.The stripping performance also improved obviously.The MOR and MOE of the CF/larch glulam increased by 5.73%and 7.42%,respectively.The chemical composition on the surface of the CF was changed by increasing 84.24%C-OH groups,321.05%COOH(COOR)and 18.34%O/C.A large amount of grooves appeared on the surface of the CFs,the graphitization of the CF reduced and the amount of adhesive attached on the surfaces of the CF increased significantly by the treatment using both methods.The processing time also had a significant impact on properties of bonding interface of CF/larch glulam for both methods.The comparison results of the two methods in treating the CF showed that,the lowpressure treatment was better than atmospheric pressure
