摘 要:随着电磁兼容测试仪器的不断更新升级,电磁兼容的测量结果的精度要求也需越来越准确。目前,对元器件的阻抗测试大多都是利用阻抗分析仪来完成,并且该种测量的方法是在被测设备断电停止工作时进行的。如果元器件在通电工作时,其内部电路情况可能会发生些许变化,进而使其阻抗发生改变,那么用阻抗分析仪在其断电情况下得到的阻抗值可能会与其在通电工作时的实时阻抗有所差异。因此,本文提出一种在元器件通电工作时进行阻抗测试的方法,并对其开展研究。With the continuous updating and upgrading of electromagnetic compatibility testing instruments,the accuracy requirements of electromagnetic compatibility measurement results also need to be more and more accurate.At present,the impedance test of components is mostly done by using an impedance analyzer,and the measurement method is performed when the device under test stops working.If the component is working on power,some changes may occur in its internal circuit,an^impedance changes,then the impedance value obtained by the impedance analyzer in its power off condition may be the real-time impedance when it is powered on.There are differences.Therefore,this chapter proposes a method for impedance testing when components are powered on,and studies them.
