数字化仪控系统工厂测试IO异常定位方法研究

摘  要:本文对核电厂数字化仪控系统IO模块异常问题的定位方法进行了研究。IO模块对核电厂现场输入信号进行采集与转换、对输出信号进行处理,在核电厂工作人员监视和控制核电厂运行中起着重要作用。本文通过分析信号传输路径以及观察故障状态,找出触发故障的原因。从能导致故障的5个方面进行现象分析,通过对比法、排除法以及替换法对故障进行定位。该研究方法在防城港核电项目2号机组工厂测试活动中得到了验证,为工厂测试人员提供一种快速定位故障的方法,可缩短处理问题的时间。本研究方法也可以运用于核电厂运行阶段,并对其它核电厂数字化仪控系统有一定的借鉴意义。Abnomaly location methods of IO module in digital control system of nuclearpower plant are studied in this paper.10 module collects and converts input signal of nuclear plant,processes the output signal,it plays an important role on monitoring by staff and controlling in operation of nuclear power plant.We will find out the reasons of failure triggered by analyzing the signal transmission path and observing the failure state through this paper.To have phenomenon analysis from five aspects which may cause the malfunction and to have fault location by antitheses,exclusion and replacement method.This method has been verified in factory testing of Unit2 in Fangchenggang nuclear power project,and it provides testing personal a quick method on fault location,shortening the time for problem handling.This research method can be applied to nuclear power plant in operation too,it has certain reference significance on other digital control system of power plant.
