摘 要:安全仪表系统Safety Instrumented System(SIS)指能实现一个或多个安全仪表功能的系统。系统包括传感器、逻辑运算器和最终执行元件。安全仪表系统是石油化工装置最重要的安全保障系统。在装置出现异常时,通过对温度、压力、流量、液位等参数的判断,可以采取隔离、切断、降温、降压、释放等措施将装置安全可靠地停下来;同样,安全仪表系统也要尽量避免因仪表的误判或故障,导致的装置误停车给生产造成的损失。因此,如何保障安全仪表系统的平稳、安全、准确的长周期运行,是仪控部门极为重要的事情。本文通过以下几方面的分析,分享了安全仪表系统的长生命周期管理的经验。Safety Instrumented System(SIS)refers to the system that can implement one or more security instrument functions.The system consists of sensors,logic operators and final execution elements.SIS is the most important safety guarantee system in the petrochemical plant.The abnormal in the device,through the judgment on the parameters of temperature,pressure,flow,liquid level,The device can be stopped safely and reliably by taking measures such as isolation,cutting,cooling,depressurization,release,etc.;SIS should also try to avoid to stop the device caused by the failure of the instrument,and the loss to the factory.Therefore,how to guarantee the stable,safe and accurate long period operation of SIS is a very important thing in the department of the instrument.Through the analysis of the following aspects,this paper shares the experience of the long life cycle management of SIS.
