摘 要:采用水热合成法,以四乙基氢氧化铵(TEAOH)为模板剂,合成了SAPO-34/18共晶分子筛。利用XRD、SEM手段对合成样品进行表征,考察了反应条件对SAPO-34/18共晶分子筛合成的影响。结果表明分子筛的合成受晶化时间、晶化温度、晶化方式、升温速率、模板剂含量影响较大。确定了合成SAPO-34/18共晶分子筛最佳工艺条件为晶化时间72h、晶化温度165℃、动态晶化方式、升温速率5℃/h、n(SiO_2):n(Al_2O_3):n(P_2O_5):n(H_2O):n(TEAOH)=0.15:1:1:35:1.2。The SAPO-34/18 intergrown molecular sieves were synthesized by hydrothermal method using tetraethylammonium hydroxide(TEAOH)as template.And the synthesized samples were characterized by XRD and SEM.The effects of reaction conditions on the synthesis of SAPO-34/18 zeolite were investigated.The results showed that synthesis of the molecular sieve was mainly affected by the crystallization time,crystallization temperature,crystallization mode,heating rate,the content of template.The optimum conditions for the synthesis of SAPO-34/18 zeolite were determined as follows:crystallization time is 72 hours,crystallization temperature is 165℃,dynamic crystallization mode,heating rate is 5℃/h,n(SiO 2)∶n(Al)∶n(P 2O 5)∶n(H 2O)∶n(TEAOH)=0.15∶1∶1∶35∶1.2.
