摘 要:地震作为一种突发的破坏性自然灾害,在发生后往往给人们带来巨大的损失。因此,震后开展有效的应急救援指挥工作变得尤为重要。地震应急视频会议系统作为抗震救灾工作的重要手段之一,可通过语音和视频方式,全面、实时、准确的获取灾情信息并传达指挥部署命令。文中通过整合现有硬件设备、网络环境、数据资源、应用场景等研究不同组网下的视频协同联动的应用模式。As a sudden and destructive natural disaster,earthquake often brings great loss to people.Therefore,it is very important to carry out effective emergency rescue command after the earthquake.As one of the important means of earthquake relief work,the video conference system can obtain the disaster information in a comprehensive,real-time and accurate way through voice and video,then communicate the command and deployment order.This paper based on the integration of existing hardware and equipment,network environment,data resources,application scenarios and other research,studied the application mode of video coordinated linkage under different networks.
