摘　　要：区域性资本市场是我国多层次资本市场的重要组成部分,是推动区域经济发展的重要力量,对拓宽企业融资和居民投资渠道、优化实体经济融资结构、充分发挥市场在配置资源中的决定性作用意义重大。本文深入分析了我国区域性资本市场发展的现状,结合新疆的实际情况,提出新疆区域性资本市场发展存在的问题和对策建议。The regional capital market is an important part of the multi-level capital market in China and an important driving force for regional economic development.It is of great significance for widening the channels of enterprise financing and resident investment,optimizing the financing structure of the real economy,and giving full play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources.The paper deeply analyzes the current situation of the development of the regional capital market in China,points out the problems in the development of the regional capital market in Xinjiang and puts forward some suggestions in light of the actual situation in Xinjiang.
