摘 要:试验旨在研究夏季高温时不同蛋白质和赖氨酸水平对泌乳母猪生产性能和粪氮排泄量的影响。试验采用2×3因子设计,蛋白质水平为18%和15.5%,可消化赖氨酸水平为0.93%、0.85%和0.83%,共六个处理,每个处理10个重复,每个重复1头泌乳母猪。试验结果表明:夏季高温时,日粮蛋白质水平降低2.5%,不影响泌乳母猪生产性能、血清皮质醇和游离氨基酸含量,血清尿素氮浓度显著降低(P<0.05),显著减少粪氮排泄量(P<0.05)。与可消化赖氨酸水平0.93%相比,泌乳母猪日粮可消化赖氨水平为0.83%时,能显著提高哺乳仔猪平均日增重(P<0.05),显著减少母猪泌乳期失重(P<0.05),显著减少粪氮排泄量(P<0.05)。The experiment was conducted to investigate the effect of dietary protein and lysine levels on productive performance and N excretion of lactating sows in summer.The experiment was designed with 2×3 factor,the protein level was 18%and 15.5%,the digestible lysine levels were 0.93%,0.85%and 0.83%,respectively.There were 6 treatments and each treatment had 10 replicates with 1 lactating sow per replicate.The results showed that the productive performance,serum cortisol and free amino acid content of lactating sows was not affected negative(P>0.05),but the serum urea nitrogen concentration and fecal nitrogen excretion decreased significantly(P<0.05),while the reduction of dietary CP was 2.5%in summer.Compared with dietary digestible lysine level of 0.93%,when the dietary digestible lysine level in lactating sows was 0.83%,the average daily gain of suckling piglets was increased(P<0.05),the weight loss of sows during lactation was decreased and the excretion of fecal nitrogen was significantly reduced(P<0.05).
