不同兵种官兵心理状况调查及其述情障碍分析

摘　　要：目的调查分析不同兵种官兵心理健康状况及述情障碍特征。方法采取随机整群抽取步兵、海军陆战队、潜艇兵及空军四种兵种官兵共计723名,组织实施军人心理健康量表测验及多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS)测评,分析数据并得出结论。结果步兵在总分及焦虑、抑郁、人际关系因子分上明显高于全军常模(P<0.05);潜艇兵、空军官兵在强迫、神经衰弱因子分上明显高于全军常模(P<0.05);海军陆战队官兵在总分及焦虑、抑郁、强迫、恐怖、神经衰弱、躯体化、人际关系因子分上均高于全军常模(P<0.05);海军陆战队及步兵官兵述情障碍特征高于潜艇兵及空军(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论不同兵种官兵因其岗位不同,其心理健康状态及述情障碍特征差异显著,优化岗位匹配及提升不同兵种述情能力将有助于全军官兵身心的全面健康发展。Objective To investigate and analyze the psychological condition investigation and alexithymia of the officers and soldiers from different arms.Methods By random cluster sampling,a total of 723 officers and soldiers from infantry,Marine corps,submarine and air force were selected to organize their military mental health scale and the toronto alexithymia scale(TAS),and the data were analysed and drawed the onclusions.Results Infantry in total score,anxiety,depression and interpersonal factors was significantly different from the whole army(P<0.05).Submarine and air force were significantly different from the whole army(P<0.05).Marine corps was higher than the whole army in total score and anxiety,depression,compulsion,terror,neurasthenia,somatization and interpersonal factors(P<0.05).The characteristics of the Marine corps and infantry were different from submarine and air force(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Because of the different arm-jobs,psychological health status and alexithymia characteristic are different significantly,optimizing post match and promoting alexithymia ability will be helpful to our army physical and mental health development.
