轮转导医岗位对新入职护士综合能力培养的效果及其评价

摘　　要：目的探讨轮转导医岗位对新入职护士综合能力培养的效果及评价。方法选取2013年7月—2016年6月笔者所在医院三院区新入职护士轮转导医岗位182名为试验组,按照导医岗位标准与要求实施培训;选取同期新入职护士102名为对照组,未轮转导医岗位,根据临床护理工作实施培训;比较两组新入职护士综合能力培养效果。结果试验组轮转导医6个月,第1、3、6月度间理论、操作及服务培训考核成绩比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);轮转完毕导医岗位回临床科室后考核行为礼仪规范优良率、护患沟通满意率、医护配合协调率、应急事件处置合格率、年度理论操作优良率与对照组对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论轮转导医岗位对新入职护士综合能力培养有积极促进作用,对指导老师的带教也可达到了教学相长的目的。Objective To investigate the rotary DaoYi jobs for new nurses with the effect of the comprehensive ability training and its assessment.Methods From July 2013 to June 2013 in author's hospital three support's new nurse rotation DaoYi post 182 new nurses were enrolled in this study as trial group in accordance with the requirements for DaoYi post standards and the implementation of training;new nurse 102 not rotary DaoYi post as the control group,implement training according to the clinical nursing work;two groups of new nurses in comprehensive ability training effect were compared.Results In trial group after rotary DaoYi 6 months,at 1,3,6 monthly theory,operation and service training appraisal results were statistically significant(P<0.05);After completion of rotary DaoYi post back to the clinical departments examination rate of good behavior manners,communication satisfaction to nurses and patients,medical coordinated rate,the qualified rate of emergency treatment,theory of annual operation were compared with that of the control group there was statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions Rotary DaoYi jobs for new nurses in comprehensive ability training has a positive promtion role,for guiding the teacher's teaching also would rose to the purpose of uplifting both teaching and learning ability.
