超净排脱硫改造风机和烟道振动分析及对策

摘　　要：随着国家对燃煤电厂大气污染防治力度加大,超净排已经成为一种不可阻挡的绿色发展时代潮流。针对马钢南区3台煤粉炉,在超净排改造过程中,出现风机和公共烟道振动的问题,通过分析,提出解决方案,为锅炉安全稳定经济运行提供了保障。同时,为同行业在超净排改造少走弯路提供了参考。With increasingly strict national policy on environment pollution treatment of coal power plants,ultra-clean emission has become an irresistible green development trend.The problem of vibration in the fan and common flue duct of the three pulverized coal boilers at MaSteel’s south area was analyzed and countermeasures put forward,to provide security for safe and stable operation of boilers as well as valuable reference for domestic counterparts.
