摘  要:目的:分析延吉市朝鲜族和汉族护理学专业大学生就业焦虑现状及影响因素。方法:采用整群抽样法选取某大学朝鲜族和汉族护理学专业学生222名进行问卷调查。结果:朝鲜族护生的就业焦虑水平高于汉族护生(F=3.69,P<0.05);影响朝鲜族护生就业焦虑的主要因素有支持利用度、客观支持和自我效能,影响力为23.8%;影响汉族护生学习倦怠的主要因素有主观支持、自我效能和支持利用度,影响力为25.9%。结论:护理教育者应根据朝鲜族和汉族护生的特点采取差异化教育模式,提高护生的社会支持度和自我效能,缓解就业焦虑。Objective:To analyze the status and influencing factor of employment anxiety between Korean-Chinese and Chinese nursing students in Yanji City.Methods:Convenience cluster sampling method was chosen to recruit a total of 222 nursing students in a University.Results:There were significant difference of employment anxiety between Korean-Chinese and Chinese nursing students(F=3.69,P<0.05).The significant influencing factors of employment anxiety among Korean-Chinese nursing student were utility of social support,objective social support and self-efficacy,accounting for 23.8%.The significant influencing factors among Chinese nursing students were subjective support,self-efficacy and utility of social support,accounting for 25.9%.Conclusion:It is suggested to adopt differentiated instruction model,put forward social support and enhance self-efficacy,then to prevent employment anxiety.
