老年2型糖尿病中医心理护理模式构建研究

摘　　要：目的构建老年2型糖尿病中医心理护理模式,用于老年2型糖尿病伴焦虑患者中,评价该模式的临床效果。方法通过文献研究,拟出老年2型糖尿病中医心理护理模式基本框架。将80例2型糖尿病伴焦虑患者分为两组,对照组给予糖尿病常规护理(即服药、基础生活护理等),试验组在常规护理基础上实施老年2型糖尿病中医心理护理,6个月后评价两组干预后情况。结果成功构建以测其情、顺其志、移其气、施其术、收其气为主要操作步骤的老年2型糖尿病中医心理护理模式,该模式干预6个月后,试验组糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 h PG)及HAMA评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年2型糖尿病中医心理护理模式可减轻老年2型糖尿病伴焦虑患者的病情,缓解其焦虑情绪,为未来老年2型糖尿病的护理工作提供了参考。Objective To construct traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)psychological nursing model for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and anxiety and to evaluate its clinical efficacy.Methods Through literature research,the basic framework of TCM psychological nursing model for elderly patients with type 2 diabetes was constructed.80 patients with type 2 diabetes and anxiety were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine nursing care(medication,basic nursing etc.)while the experimental group was given TCM psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The effects of intervention of the two groups were evaluated after 6 months of treatment.Results TCM psychological nursing model for the elderly which included understanding their etiology,meeting their needs,transferring their negative emotions,implementing their ideas and improving their moods was constructed.After 6 months treatment,the scores of HbA1C,HDL-C,FPG and 2 h PG of the experimental groups were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM psychological nursing model for the elderly can relieve the symptoms and anxiety of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes and provide references for their nursing.
