摘  要:对国外锂系聚异戊二烯橡胶(IR)结构进行了剖析,并采用烷基锂为引发剂,在非极性溶剂中合成了线型及星型IR。研究了线型IR相对分子质量与1,4-结构含量的关系,相对分子质量升高,cis-1,4结构含量升高,总1,4-结构含量稍有升高,得到了相对分子质量与cis-1,4结构含量的关系曲线,当重均相对分子质量(M_w)大于160万时,cis-1,4结构质量分数可以达到87%。同时研究了线型、星型IR及国外样品的相对分子质量与特性黏度及支化因子的关系,国外样品与线型IR曲线吻合较好,合成的锂系IR中cis-1,4结构含量达到甚至超过国外样品,相对分子质量及其分布与国外样品相当。The structure of foreign lithium isoprene rubber(IR)was analyzed,and also the linear and star shaped IR was synthesized by using alkyl lithium as initiator in non-polar solvent.The relationship between the relative molecular weight of linear IR and the content of cis 1,4-structure was studied,With the increase of molecular weight,the content of cis 1,4-structure increased,total 1,4-structure content increased slightly.The curves of relative molecular weight and the content of cis 1,4-structure were obtained,when the weight average molecular weight(M w)was greater than 1 million 600 thousand,the content of cis 1,4-structure was up to 87%.At the same time,the relationship between the relative molecular weight,intrinsic viscosity and branching factor of linear,star shaped IR and foreign samples were studied,the foreign samples are in good agreement with the linear IR curve.The content of cis 1,4-structure of lithium-based IR was higher than that of foreign samples,the molecular weight and distribution are comparable to those of foreign samples.
