摘  要:可倾瓦推力轴承在启动和停止过程中,各参数在短时间内会发生巨大的变化,研究启停过程对可倾瓦推力轴承的设计具有重大意义。文章建立可倾瓦推力轴承启停的瞬态模型,对可倾瓦推力轴承启停过程进行定性分析。结果表明,瓦面形貌参数的改变对可倾瓦推力轴承启停过程有明显的影响,而且启动转速也随着形貌参数的改变而改变。文章分析了表面凸起值对启停转速的影响,对可倾瓦轴承的瓦型设计及启停时间具有指导意义。The parameters of tilting pad thrust bearing will change greatly in a short time in the process of starting and stopping.It is of great significance to study the starting and stopping process of tilting pad thrust bearing.In this paper,a transient model of tilting pad thrust bearing is established,and the process of start and stop of tilting pad thrust bearing is analyzed qualitatively.The results show that the change of the profile parameters has a significant effect on the starting and stopping process of the tilting pad thrust bearing,and the starting speed also changes with the change of the profile parameters.In this paper,the influence of surface protruding value on the starting and stopping speed is analyzed,which is of guiding significance to the design and start-stop time of tilting pad bearing.
