波导组合体灌填料污染防护工装的设计思路

摘　　要：文章介绍了一种用于波导组合体灌填料操作时防止组合体外壁受到填料污染的工装。重点说明了该工装的设计背景、技术性能指标、设计关键点、实现效果、操作流程及应用情况。经验证,工装能够在填料灌注时有效防止波导外壁受到污染,省去外壁清理操作,降低劳动强度,提高组合体加工流转效率,并且保证了产品外观的整洁、美观。This paper introduces a kind of tool used to prevent the outer wall of the waveguide assemblage from being polluted by the packing during the filling operation of the waveguide assemblage.The design background,technical performance index,design key points,realization effect,operation flow and application of the tool are described in detail.It is proved that the tool can effectively prevent the outer wall of the waveguide from being polluted when the filler is infused,save the cleaning operation of the outer wall,reduce the labor intensity,improve the efficiency of processing and circulation of the assembly,and ensure the clean and beautiful appearance of the product.
