摘 要:为降低排出过程中液缸内压在曲轴上产生的周期性反作用力,以降低载荷、提高曲轴疲劳寿命,通过量纲一化的方法分析了曲轴扭矩、弯矩及计算应力等强度相关评价因子,提出了五缸往复泵曲柄初相角的优化布置方法,最终在120种布置方案中快捷而准确地优选出了2种使曲轴强度最优的方案,使得曲轴所受周期性扭矩及弯矩的波动幅值最小,有利于改善曲轴受力、提高强度、减小系统振动,有效地在五缸泵源头上提高动力端的工作性能,改善往复泵设计的可靠性,且所提出的2种方案与《往复泵设计》推荐的方案及国内外现行五缸泵产品所采用的布置方案完全一致,验证了本设计方法的正确性和可行性.In order to reduce the force produced by the hydraulic cylinder pressure in the discharging process,acting on crankshaft to reduce its load and improve the fatigue life of crankshaft,the dimensionless method was used to analyze the evaluation factors related to strength such as crankshaft torque,bending moment and calculation stress,and the optimization method of the crank epoch angle arrangement was put forward.Finally,the two optimal of 120 schemes were selected quickly and accurately,which had the best strength of crankshaft and minimized the periodic fluctuation of crankshaft torque and bending moment.Besides,the two schemes could reduce the force and vibration of crankshaft,enhance the structure strength of the dynamic end effectively and improve the reliability of the pump design.Two schemes proposed were in good agreement with the scheme recommended by"Design of Reciprocating Pump"and adopted by the existing quintuple pump products at home and abroad,which verified the correctness and feasibility of the design method.
