摘　　要：目的:调查不同年龄乳腺癌患者心理韧性。方法:2015年1月到2017年6月调查140例乳腺癌患者,根据患者年龄分为A组(<30岁)、B组(≥30岁且≤40岁)、C组(>40岁),采用自行设计的调查问卷调查患者的坚韧、自强和乐观心理状态。结果:坚韧、自强、乐观3维度得分B组和C组高于A组(P<0.05),C组得分高于B组(P<0.05);心理韧性总得分B组和C组高于A组(P<0.05),C组高于B组(P<0.05);A组差和较差比例为67.5%,均高于B组(43.3%)和C组(35.0%)(P<0.05),B组高于C组(P<0.05)。结论:不同年龄段乳腺癌患者心理韧性具有一定的差异,年龄越大其心理韧性越高。Objective:To investigate the psychological resilience of breast cancer patients at different ages.Methods:140 cases of patients with breast cancer from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected and,according to the age,divided into group A(<30 years old),group B(30~40 years old)and group C(>40 years old).The self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the patient's tenacity,self-improvement and optimistic state of mind.Results:There were significant differences between the three groups in the scores of tenacity,self-improvement and optimism(P<0.05).The three-dimensional scores of group B and group C were higher than those of group A,and the score of group C was higher than that of group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the worst and worse ratio in group A was 67.5%,which was higher than that of group B(43.3%)and group C(35.0%).The worst and worse ratio in group B was higher than that of group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are some differences in psychological resilience among breast cancer patients at different ages,and the older the age,the higher the psychological resilience.
