政务社交媒体文件管理要点研究--基于美国与澳大利亚政策的发现

摘　　要：本文对美国国家档案馆与澳大利亚国家档案馆社交媒体文件管理的相关政策进行描述分析,以为我国社交媒体文件相关政策的制定提供借鉴。通过对英澳两国国家档案机构的社交媒体文件政策的内容进行文本分析,本文提出应从明确政务社交媒体管理的必要性、在文件管理视角下明晰管理职责、基于协同框架进行第三方沟通、针对社交媒体调整优化管理环节四个方面来进行社交媒体文件的管理。The paper describes and analyzes the policy of the social media records management of NARA and NAA to provide references to Chinese social media records management.By the text analysis of the policy of social media records management by NARA and NAA,the paper proposes that social media records should be managed from four aspects:clarifying the necessity of government social media management,specifying management responsibilities from the record management perspective,communicating with the third party based on the collaborative framework,and optimizing the process of social media records management.
