摘　　要：本文首先指出"互联网+"思维是一种以用户需求为导向、以互联网技术为基础的综合性的创新性思维。其次,分析了"互联网+"思维对档案馆在线参考咨询服务的影响,主要有咨询服务更加专业化与个性化、与其他参考咨询机构实现跨界合作、提供的服务更加的知识化和查询信息更加方便、快捷、精准。最后,构建出"互联网+"思维下的档案馆在线参考咨询服务模式蓝图,为未来的档案馆在线参考咨询服务模式革新提供参考性意见。This paper first points out that"Internet plus"thinking is a comprehensive and innovative thinking based on users’needs and Internet technology.Secondly,it analyzes the impact of"Internet plus"thinking on the online reference and consultation services of archives,mainly including more specialization and personalization of consulting services,cross-border cooperation with other reference agencies,more knowledgeable services,and more convenient,fast and accurate information inquiry.Finally,it makes a blueprint for online reference and consultation service mode of archives under the thinking of"Internet plus",which provides reference for the future innovation of online reference and consultation service mode of archives.
