摘　　要：首先阐述了民办高校档案实体分类的意义,然后对民办高校档案的特点进行了分析。在此基础上,提出民办高校应执行高等学校档案法律法规,并结合本校的实际情况和特点进行档案实体分类。This article first clarifies the significance of categorization of archival entities in private universities and the characteristics of their archives.Then it proposes that each private university should carry out laws and regulations of higher education institutions and categorize its archival entities based on the situation and characteristics of the university.
