摘  要:富燃料区喷氨技术是建立在空气分级基础上的炉内脱硝技术,在1台多功能电加热管式沉降炉中进行的试验表明,在T=1 200℃~1 500℃反应温度区间内,富燃料区喷氨脱硝效率在较小过量空气系数下(SR<0.9)随着温度的升高而增加,在较大过量空气系数下(SR>0.9)高温则抑制了氨基还原剂对NO_x的还原;过量空气系数SR在0.8~1的工况下,富燃料区喷氨的脱硝效果呈先升后降的趋势,并且在SR=0.95取得47%最大脱硝率;大部分实验工况下,氨氮摩尔比在1.5~2.5之间,反应停留时间为0.4s^0.48s左右,脱硝效率取得最优值。空气分级结合富燃料区喷氨技术可以取得80%左右的脱硝率。This paper aimed to demonstrate an experiment research for reducing NOx emission of bituminous coal in a multi-function electric heating tube sedimentation furnace,in which the new technology of reagent injection in fuel-rich zone is employed on basis of airstaging retrofit used.The main conclusions include as followed:When the primary Stoichiometric Ratio(SR)is less than 0.90,with the increase of primary zone temperature from 1 200°C to 1 500°C,the maximum denitration efficiency is slightly rising;when SR>0.90,the efficiency is declined,which the highest denitration efficiency is closed to 47%.Most of the experimental conditions,normalized stoichiometric ratio(NSR)is between 1.5 and 2.5,the reaction time between 0.4 s and 0.48 s,the denitration efficiency obtains the optimal value.As much as 80%of overall denitration efficiency can be obtained with the new technology of reagent injection in fuel-rich zone and air-staging.
