Low-NO_x Combustion Optimization on a 2070t/h Boiler with Swirling Burners

摘  要:针对电站锅炉实施低NO_x燃烧改造后出现的燃烧效率下降和减温水量增大等问题,在1台容量为2 070t/h的旋流燃烧锅炉上完成了优化调整试验。通过对锅炉制粉系统和二次风配风的优化调整,使各负荷工况下的锅炉效率均在92.2%以上,SCR入口NO_x浓度均在250mg/Nm^3以内,锅炉再热烟气挡板开度增大50%以上,并且再热减温水量都在20t/h以下;中、高负荷工况下锅炉过热减温水总量分别下降57.3t/h和95.2t/h。A number of shortages,such as lower combustion efficiency and higher spray water flowrate,usually appear on boilers reformed by low-NOx combustion technology.Commissioning was conducted on a 2 070 t/h commercial boiler with swirling burners,including optimization of pulverizing system and secondary air system.As the results of these works,the boiler thermal efficiency increases to the value greater than 92.2%,the NOx emission in flue gas at the inlet of SCR decreases to the value smaller than 250 mg/m3,the opening degree of baffle plates increases more than 50 percent point in the flue gas channel with steam reheater,the total flowrate of spray water in steam reheater is smaller than 20 t/h,and the total flowrate of spray water in steam superheater decreases 57.3 t/h and 95.2 t/h in the case of medium and high unit load.
