摘　　要：通过介绍了宝钢?140无缝生产线及其技术进步,并结合宝钢全浮动芯棒连轧机组的生产实际,对长期以来生产高合金锅炉管中出现的共性表面缺陷,如:竹节与壁厚不均、裂纹、内折与外折、翘皮、空洞与内结疤等进行分类分析,阐述了不同类型的缺陷产生的原因,提出了避免缺陷产生的措施。This paper first introduces the Baosteel 140 seamless production line and technology progress,combined with the actual production of Baosteel full floating mandrel m ill,the long production common surface defects of high alloy tube boiler such as bamboo and uneven wall thickness,crack,internal fold and exteral fold,wrapping and empty.Inner Scar etc.classification analysis,expounds the causes of different types of defects,put forward the measures to avoid defects.
