摘 要:某进口350MW机组低氮燃烧器改造后,出现了过热器超温及燃烧器喷口结渣的问题,在对某些关键参数进行现场测试后发现,主燃烧区燃烧状况差、炉膛热负荷分布不均匀是导致问题的主要原因。通过开展燃烧深度优化试验,提出了减轻结渣和改善受热面超温情况的一系列措施。结果表明:深度优化运行后,受热面超温问题基本得到了解决,结渣情况得到了有效控制。After boiler burner retrofitting in the imported 350 MW unit,the problems of superheater overheating and slagging on the burner nozzle had appeared.Through field measuring of some key parameters,the main cause of problems was that inefficient combustion and unevenness of thermal load in furnace.Through the deep combustion optimization,a series of solutions for reducing slagging and controlling overtemperature of heating surface had been proposed.The result indicated that:By the deep optimization for operation,the overtemperature of heating surface had basically been solved and the slagging had been efficiently controlled.
