摘　　要：介绍了美国FMVSS 136的法规制定提案通知(NPRM)提出的商用车辆电子稳定性控制(Electronic Stability Control,ESC)测试方法及评价指标,重点分析法规在测试工况和评价指标选取等方面考虑的因素及所存在的问题。阐述了用于侧翻稳定性控制性能评价的测试方法及评价指标,对国内商用车ESC标准的制定以及测试评价具有重要的借鉴意义。The paper introduces the proposed testing methods and evaluation indexes in FMVSS 136 for commercial vehicles ESC systems.The factors and problems in the aspects of test conditions and selection of evaluation indexes are analyzed emphatically.Finally,the testing method and evaluation index for the performance evaluation of rollover stability are described,which provides a significant reference for testing evaluation and formulating regulations of domestic commercial vehicle ESC systems.
