摘　　要：简要分析了汽车轻量化的主要技术途径与发展方向,技术方案包括金属材料(高强钢、轻质合金、铸铁、粉末冶金等)、塑料、玻璃、复合材料等,以及制造成型工艺,结构优化设计共三条途径。结合一些典型应用实例,展示了它们在汽车轻量化中的综合应用情况和良好效果。This paper briefly analyzes the main technical schemes and development trends of automobile lightweight.The technical schemes mainly relates to forming process,structure optimization and materials,in which the metal materials include high-strength steels,low density alloys,cast irons,powder metallurgy,etc.and other materials such as plastics,glass and composites are also considered.Some of our typical applications of these schemes are presented and discussed.
