摘 要:汽车刹车片材料属于耐磨材料,用普通硬质合金刀具加工汽车刹车片时,由于刀具容易磨损,需频繁换刀,致使生产效率低、生产成本大大增加。金刚石涂层刀具具有良好的切削加工性。为了优化汽车刹车片的制备刀具,采用CVD金刚石涂层刀具和硬质合金刀具对汽车刹车片进行钻削试验,对比分析了2种刀具的轴向力、扭矩与转速和进给量的关系及刀具的磨损情况。Auto brake pad materials belong to the wear-resisting material. The cutter will be wore, need frequent changing knives then to reduce production efficiency and greatly increase the production cost, when it uses ordinary hard alloy cutter to make car brake pads. Diamond coated cutter has good machining ability. In order to optimize the auto brake pad preparation cutter, it uses the CVD diamond coated cutter and hard alloy cutter to do drilling test for brake pad. It analyzed the relations of axial force, torque and rotate speed, load and wear condition of two kinds of cutters.
