摘　　要：天窗系统已逐渐成为各个汽车厂家生产轿车的标准配置,天窗在汽车前期设计开发中牵涉面较广,涉及到和周边部件的配合质量和运动空间校核等,直接关乎到汽车的驾乘舒适性和运行安全性。所以做好天窗前期设计开发工作十分重要。文章通过对某车型新开发设计天窗过程中的问题进行归纳总结,以期为相关领域工作人员提供一定的参考。The sunroof system has gradually become the standard sedan car features of all the manufacturers.It impacts widely in the early stage of the automotive design and development and involves the fit quality and movement space proofread with the surrounding parts,which is directly related to the car comfort and safety.Therefore,it is very important to design and develop the sunroof system.This paper summarizes the problems in the new development and design of a new model,in order to provide some references for the relevant field staff.
