摘　　要：宽体金线蛭(Whitmania pigra)是一种具有较高中药价值的水生动物。首载于《神农本草经》,具有通经、破瘀、消肿之功效,临床上常用于治疗心脑血管疾病和高脂血症等。目前环境的污染和人为大量捕捉使野生宽体金线蛭资源日益枯竭,开展其人工养殖势在必行。由于宽体金线蛭人工养殖技术尚不成熟,其养殖的规模化和标准化进程受到了严重制约。为推进养殖技术的进步,提高养殖成活率和养殖效益,文章综述了宽体金线蛭人工养殖技术的研究成果,并结合实际生产中的繁殖技术、苗种培育技术、养殖模式、疾病防治和饵料研究,较为全面地阐述了宽体金线蛭人工养殖技术研究进展,以期为集约化养殖提供指导。Whitmania pigra is a kind of aquatic animals with high medicinal value,which commonly used in the clinical treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and hyperlipidemia.It has the effects of dredging meridian,dispelling blood stasis,and relieving swelling,which were firstly recorded in“Shennong’s Herbal Classic”.Because of the increasing environmental pollution and man-made capture,wild Whitman has been gradually depleted.Therefore,it is imperative to breed Whitmania pigaria in standardization factory.At present,artificial breeding technology of Whitmania pigra was not well developed.It limited the process of large-scale and standardized breeding of Whitmani apigra.In order to improve the technology of artificial culture and increase survival rate and breeding benefit,the paper summarized the research progress of artificial breeding techniques of Whitman,combining breeding techniques,seed rearing,culture model,diet research and disease prevention in practical production.It would provide the guidance of intensive Whitman-breeding.[Chinese Fishery Quality and Standards,2018,8(2):36-41]
