基于IMB模型的延伸服务在白内障手术患者中的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨基于IMB模型的延伸服务对白内障手术患者护理效果的影响。方法选取2015年6月~2016年6月于我院接受手术治疗的86例白内障患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各43例,对照组患者接受常规护理方法,根据患者的需求调整护理措施。观察组患者在对照组患者的基础上制定基于IMB模型的延伸服务。在患者出院后3个月复诊时,比较两组患者的护理满意度、术后3个月并发症情况和抑郁焦虑评分。结果观察组患者的总体护理满意度为95.3%,对照组患者的总体护理满意度为81.4%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的并发症发病率为7.0%,对照组患者的并发症发病率为20.9%,观察组患者并发症发病率明显低于对照组患者(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑评分为(12.53±1.98)分,低于对照组患者的(19.36±2.04)分(P<0.05),观察组抑郁评分为(15.68±2.01)分,低于对照组患者的(21.84±1.86)分(P<0.05)。结论 IMB模型的延伸服务能够良好改善患者护理满意度,提高患者护理质量,降低并发症率,缓解患者的负面情绪。Objective To explore the effect of extended service based on IMB model on nursing care of cataract patients.Methods Eighty-six cataract patients who received surgical treatment from June 2015 to June 2016 were divided into observation group(n=43)and control group(n=43).The patients in the control group were received routine nursing methods and adjusted the nursing measures according to the needs of the patients.The patients in the observation group were made the extended services based on the IMB model on the basis of the patients in the control group.At 3 months after discharge,the nursing satisfaction,complications and depressive anxiety scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction was 95.3%in the observation group and 81.4%in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 7.0%and that in the control group was 20.9%.The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The anxiety score of the observation group was(12.53±1.98),which was lower than that of the control group(19.36±2.04)(P<0.05),and the depression score of the observation group was(15.68±2.01),which was lower than that of the control group(21.84±1.86)(P<0.05).Conclusion The extended service of IMB model can improve the patients'nursing satisfaction,improve the quality of nursing care,reduce the rate of complications and alleviate the negative emotion of the patients.
