摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环应用于提高外来医疗器械清洗合格率的效果观察。方法运用PDCA循环质量管理工具对外来器械清洗质量现状进行调查,分析原因、设定目标、制定对策、组织实施、评估效果以及将标洗流程固化。结果清洗消毒后外来器械清洗合格率由88.5%提高到94.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用PDCA循环管理工具能大大提高外来器械清洗合格率,确保外来医疗器械灭菌效果,保证患者医疗安全,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of PDCA cycle in improving the qualified rate of cleaning foreign medical instruments.Methods The PDCA cycle quality management tool was used to investigate the current situation of the cleaning quality of foreign instruments,analyze the reasons,set goals,formulate countermeasures,organize and implement the evaluation results,and solidify the standard washing process.Results After cleaning and disinfection,the qualified rate of the cleaning of foreign instruments was increased from 88.5%to 94.5%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The use of PDCA cycle management tools can greatly improve the qualified rate of foreign instruments,ensure the sterilization effect of foreign medical instruments,and ensure the safety of patients,which is worthy of popularization and application.
