腹腔感染合并腹腔脓肿形成后血小板计数变化及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔严重感染合并腹腔脓肿形成患者血小板变化及其意义。方法对315例腹腔感染患者临床资料及血小板计数形进行回顾性分析,观察腹腔感染尤其是合并腹腔脓肿形成患者血小板计数的变化影响及其临床意义。结果腹腔脓肿组(腹腔感染形成脓肿组,n=45)中,45例患者病程中血小板计数均明显异常升高,普通腹腔感染组(未合并腹腔脓肿形成组,n=270)病程中血小板异常升高不明显。两组在入院3d内血小板计数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但随病程进展,两组血小板计数在第5天以后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹腔感染并发腹腔脓肿形成时血小板计数明显异常升高,随着病情恢复而逐步下降直至正常,对指导临床治疗有一定的意义。Objective To explore Changes of platelet count and its clinical significance after abdominal infection combined with abdominal abscess.Methods The clinical data and platelet count of three hundred and fifteen patients with abdominal infectin were analyzed retrospectively.And the changes of platelet count and its clinical significance after abdominal infection combined with abdominal abscess into two groups were classified.Results In the abdominal abscess group(abdominal infection formation abscess group,n=45),the platelet count of 45 patients was significantly increased during the course of disease,and the abnormal increase of platelets in the ordinary abdominal cavity infection group(without abdominal abscess formation group n=270)was not obvious.There was no significant difference in platelet count between the two groups in the admission of three day(P>0.05),but with the progression of the disease,there was a significant difference in platelet count between the two groups after 5 days(P<0.05).Conclusion The number of platelets increased significantly during abdominal cavity infection and abdominal abscess formation,and gradually decreased to normal after the recovery of the disease.It has certain significance for guiding the clinical treatment.
