显微镜计数法复核血细胞分析仪计数PLT的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的分析显微镜计数法复核血细胞分析仪计数血小板(PLT)的临床价值。方法选取我院2017年1~8月住院患者血液标本548份,根据PLT计数范围将所有血液标本分为两组,A组:PLT计数(20~50)×10~9/L,B组:PLT计数<20×109/L。548份血液标本均经仪器法、血涂片法与显微镜法计数PLT。比较不同方式计数PLT结果。结果经显微镜计数法复核,10例属于PLT假性减少,余下A组350例、B组188例。A组计数中,三种方式计数结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);B组中,显微镜计数法与血涂片法PLT计数结果均明显高于仪器法,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。而显微镜法与血涂片PLT计数相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论显微镜计数法可有效复核血细胞分析仪计数PLT结果,弥补仪器法的不足,提高诊断准确度,降低误诊率,促进医患关系和谐。Objective To analyse the clinical value of microscopical counting method to check Blood cell analyzer in counting PLT.Method A total of 548 blood samples were collected from hospitalized patients from January 2017 to August 2017 in our hospital.According to the range of PLT count,all blood samples were divided into two groups.Group A:PLT count 20-50×109/L,Group B:PLT count<20×109/L.Five hundred and forty-eight blood samples were counted by instrument method,blood smear method and microscope method.The results of PLT counting in different ways were compared.Result There were 10 cases of pseudothrombocytopenia in blood samples examined by microscope counting method,There were 350 cases in group A and 188 in group B.In group A,there was no significant difference in counting results between the three ways(P>0.05).In group B,the results of PLT counting by microscope and blood smear were significantly higher than those by instrument(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in PLT count between microscope and blood smear(P>0.05).Conclusion Microscope counting method can effectively check the PLT results of blood cell analyzer,make up for the deficiency of instrument method,improve diagnostic accuracy,reduce misdiagnosis rate,and promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients.
