药物联合运动疗法、饮食控制治疗社区糖尿病的临床价值评价

摘　　要：目的分析药物联合运动疗法、饮食控制治疗社区糖尿病的临床价值。方法抽取本社区治疗的90例糖尿病患者为对象,随机分成观察组和对照组。其中对照组单纯予以药物治疗,观察组再配合运动疗法及饮食控制。对比两组疗效及相关指标。结果结果显示,观察组患者治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较两组在经治疗后的血糖水平以及各相关临床指标等的变化情况,观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);比较组间治疗的依从性情况,较之对照组,观察组依从性明显更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药物联合运动疗法、饮食控制治疗社区糖尿病可明显改善患者血糖状况,疗效显著,安全可靠,值得临床广泛推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical value evaluation of drug&cinesiatrics therapy and alimentary control on the community diabetic patients in community service.Methods Ninety diabetic patients in the community were selected,and divided into two groups randomly,observation group and control group.The control group was treated with drug therapy alone,and the observation group was combined with drug&cinesiatrics therapy and alimentary control besides the drugs.The effects and the related indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);The changes of blood sugar level and related clinical indexes after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the compliance of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The drug&cinesiatrics therapy and alimentary control in the treatment of community diabetes can obviously improve the blood sugar status of the patients.The curative effect is remarkable,and it is safe and reliable.It is worth popularizing and applying widely in clinic.
