摘  要:目的研究药食两用中药复方对小鼠的镇静催眠作用及其最佳配比剂量。方法从治疗失眠经方中筛选出药食两用中药复方,采用均匀设计法,按六因素十水平,以延长戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠睡眠时间为指标,观察不同药食两用中药配伍后对小鼠的镇静催眠作用,并进行回归分析,选取优化配方进行验证。结果酸枣仁、百合、茯苓、大枣、甘草的配比为50∶27∶19∶13∶1时,镇静催眠作用最佳,能显著延长戊巴比妥钠诱导小鼠的睡眠时间(P<0.05),各药材配伍对戊巴比妥钠具有协同作用。结论药食两用中药复方具有镇静催眠作用,可为临床失眠患者提供食用调理的组分配方。Objective To study the sedative-hypnotic effect of edible Chinese herbal compound prescription on mice and the optimal dose ratio.Methods The edible Chinese herbs were screened from the classical prescriptions for treating insomnia.The uniform design method was used based on six factors and ten levels with prolongation of sleep time induced by pentobarbital sodium in mice as the index,in order to observe the sedative-hypnotic effects of different edible Chinese herbs on mice,and the regression analysis was car-ried out to select the optimal formula to verify.Results The combination of Semen Ziziphi spinosae,Lilium brownie,Poria cocos,Zizi-phus jujuba and Glycyrrhiza uralensis on the ratio of 50∶27∶19∶13∶1 could achieve the best sedative-hypnotic effect and signifi-cantly prolong the sleeping time induced by pentobarbital sodium in mice(P<0.05).There was a synergistic action between pentobar-bital sodium and Chinese herbal compatibility.Conclusion The compatibility of edible Chinese herbs has a sedative-hypnotic effect,which can provide a nutritional conditioning ingredient for clinical insomnia patients.
