去甲斑蝥素联合传统方案治疗狼疮性肾炎50例临床评价

摘　　要：目的探讨去甲斑蝥素联合传统方案治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效。方法选取医院2016年1月至2018年1月收治的狼疮性肾炎患者100例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组患者予以传统标准免疫抑制治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上联用去甲斑蝥素治疗。两组均治疗12周。结果治疗后,两组患者尿液指标水平均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者血液指标均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动指数评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率为4.00%,显著低于对照组的22.00%(P<0.05)。结论与传统的免疫抑制治疗方法相比,去甲斑蝥素能有效降低不良反应的发生率,临床疗效更好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of norcantharidin combined with traditional regimen in the treatment of lupus nephritis.Methods Totally 100 patients with lupus nephritis admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the con-trol group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional standard immunosuppressive treatment,on thisbasis,theobservation group was treated with norcantharidin.The two groups were treated for 12 weeks.Results After treatment,the levels of urine index in the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The blood indexes of the two groups were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of systemic lupus erythematosus disease activity indexin the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate in the observation group was96.00%,which was significantly higher than80.00%in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation grou pwas4.00%,which was significantly lower than22.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional immunosuppressive treatment,norcantharidin can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,and the clinical effect is better.
