活血补肾方联合激素治疗狼疮性肾炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨活血补肾方联合激素治疗狼疮性肾炎的临床疗效。方法选择湖南中医药大学第一附属医院2016年8月至2017年7月收治的狼疮性肾炎患者62例,随机分为对照组(32例)和试验组(30例)。对照组按照激素的标准疗程进行治疗干预,试验组在对照组基础上联用活血补肾方治疗。疗程均为12周。结果试验组总有效率为86.67%,高于对照组的64.52%(P<0.05);24 h尿蛋白定量、肾功能、补体C3、狼疮活动积分(SLEDAI)评分,两组均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),试验组24 h尿蛋白定量、肾功能、血清Ig G指标改善更加明显(P<0.05),但血沉与补体C4两组患者均无明显改善(P>0.05);对照组不良反应发生率为64.52%,明显高于试验组的26.67%(P<0.05)。结论活血补肾方联合免疫抑制剂可显著提高狼疮性肾炎的治愈率,降低不良反应发生率,提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Huoxue Bushen Recipe combined with hormone in the treatment of lupus nephritis.Methods Totally 62 patients with lupus nephritis admitted to The First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from August 2016 to July 2017 were randomly divided into the control group(n=32)and the experimental group(n=30).The control group was treated with the standard treatment of hormone,on this basis,the experimental group was treated with Huoxue Bushen Recipe.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.67%,which was significantly higher than 64.52%of the control group(P<0.05).The 24 h urine protein quantity,renal function,complement C3 and SLEDAI scores in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the indexes of urine protein,renal function and serum IgG were improved more significantly in the experimental group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant improvement in erythrocyte sedimentation rate and complement C4 in the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in the control group was 64.52%,which was significantly higher than 26.67%in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Bushen Recipe combined with immunosuppressor can significantly improve the cure rate of lupus nephritis,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the life quality of the patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
