银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗急性脑梗死临床疗效系统评价

摘　　要：目的系统评价银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普中文科技全文数据库、万方数据库等,收集银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗急性脑梗死的随机对照试验,采用Rev Man 5.3软件分析数据。结果初检出78篇文献,经筛选后纳入16篇随机对照研究文献。Meta分析结果显示,干预组与对照组治疗后神经功能缺损评分比较有统计学异质性[MD=-1.51,95%CI(-1.73,-1.29),P<0.000 01];临床有效率有统计学异质性[OR=2.99,95%CI(2.24,3.99),P<0.000 01];6篇研究中报道有轻微不良反应事件。结论银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效确切,且不良反应发生率低。基于当前对银杏二萜内酯葡胺注射液的研究依据,其长期疗效和安全性尚需远期高质量的研究来支持。Objective To systematically review the clinical effect of Ginkgo Biloba Two Terpene Lactone Meglumine Injection for treatin acute cerebral Infarction.Methods Retrieved from CJFD,VIP,CSPD,randomized controlled trials,RCTs,aboutGinkgo Biloba Two Terpene Lactone Meglumine Injection in the treatment for acute cerebral Infarction were collected,the data were analyzed byusing RevMan 5.3 statistical software.Results Totally 78 literatures were first retrieved,and 16 RCTs were included after screening.Mete analysis showed that the scores of NIHSS in the intervention group and the control group were statistically different after treatment[MD=-1.51,95%CI(-1.73,-1.29),P<0.00001],the effective rates in the two groups were statistically different[OR=2.99,95%CI(2.24,3.99),P<0.000 01].Slight ADRs were reported in 6 studies.Conclusion Ginkgo Biloba Two Terpene Lactone Meglumine Injection for treating acute cerebral Infarction has good effect and low incidence rate of adverse reactions.Based on the cur-rent studies for inkgo Biloba Two Terpene Lactone Meglumine Injection,itslong-term efficacy and safety need to be supported by long term and high quality studie
