摘　　要：目的探讨血液冷链对血液成分质量的影响。方法对医院血液和采供血机构血液的采集、制备、转运、储存等环节管理经验的梳理,分析国内在血液运输及储存中血液冷链的现状,找出存在问题的薄弱环节。结果与结论血液冷链可有效保障血液的安全及质量。针对各环节中存在的问题,有针对性地进行改善和管理,可有效加强血液质量的控制。Objective To investigate the effect of blood cold chain on the quality of blood components.Methods The management ex-perience of collection,preparation,transportation and storage of blood in a hospital and blood supply institutions was collected to analyze the current situation of cold chain in blood transportation and storage in China,so as to find out the weak links of the existing prob-lems.Results and Conclusion The safety and quality of blood have been effectively guaranteed.Targeted improvement and management to the problems in each link can effectively control the quality of blood.
