摘　　要：目的评价扬州45家基层医院地塞米松磷酸钠注射液应用的合理性。方法统计扬州45家基层医院2016年3月1日至5日地塞米松磷酸钠注射液处方543张,分析地塞米松磷酸钠注射液使用患者性别分布、年龄分布、临床诊断分布、溶剂分布、配伍禁忌分布。结果 543张地塞米松磷酸钠注射液处方涉及患者中,男274例(50.46%),女269例(49.54%);≤16岁93例(17.13%),17～60岁233例(42.91%),≥61岁217例(39.96%);符合适应证用药62例(10.63%),无适应证及用药依据不足521例(89.37%);使用溶剂为0.9%氯化钠注射液的369例(67.96%),为5%葡萄糖注射液的129例(23.76%),为甘露醇注射液的15例(2.76%),为复方氯化钠注射液的5例(0.92%);配伍禁忌处方共156张(28.73%)。结论基层医院地塞米松磷酸钠注射液的使用存在滥用现象,配伍问题较多,应加强监管,规范使用。Objective To evaluate the rational use of Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection in 45 grassroots hospitals in Yangzhou City.Methods Totally 543 Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection prescriptions in 45 grassroots hospitals in Yangzhou City were randomly collected from March 1st to March 5th in 2016,the sex and age of the patients,the clinical diagnosis,solvents and incompati-bility were statistically analyzed.Results Among the patients involved in 543 Dexamethasone Sodium Phosphate Injection prescriptions,274 cases(50.46%)were males,269 cases(49.54%)were females,93 cases(17.13%)were not more than 16 years old,233 cases(42.91%)were 17-60 years old,217 cases(39.96%)were not less than 61 years old.There were 62 cases(10.63%)with indica-tions,521 cases(89.37%)without indications or lacked basis of medication.For the solvents,0.9%Sodium Chloride Injections were 369 cases(67.96%),5%Glucose Injections were 129 cases(23.76%),Mannitol Injections were 15 cases(2.76%),Compound Sodium Chloride Injection were 5 cases(0.92%).The prescriptions of incompatibility were 156 cases(28.73%).Conclusion The irrational drug use of Dexamethasone Sodiumphosphate Injection from grassroots hospitals is serious,and there are many compatibility problems.We should strengthen supervision and standardize the use of Dexamethasone Sodiumphosphate Injection.
