摘　　要：目的建立同时测定复方胆通片中5种蒽醌类成分含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱采用Phenomonex-C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(75∶25,V/V),流速为1.0 m L/min,柱温为30℃,检测波长为254 nm。结果芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚质量浓度分别在2.88～57.6,1.36～27.2,3.22～64.3,16.03～320.6,3.09～61.8μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;加样回收率分别为97.91%,101.20%,100.18%,102.24%,97.86%,RSD分别为2.31%,2.51%,1.83%,1.61%,2.33%(n=6)。结论该方法准确、可靠,可为复方胆通片的质量控制和质量评价提供依据。Objective To establish an HPLC method for content determination of five anthraquinones components in Fufang Dantong Tablets.Methods Phenomonex-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was adopted,the mobile phase was methanol-0.1%phosphoric acid solution(75∶25,V/V),the flow rate was 1.0 m L/min,the column temperature was 30℃,and the detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results The aloe-emodin,rhein,emodin,chrysophanol and physcion had good linear relationships in the ranges of2.88-57.6,1.36-27.2,3.22-64.3,16.03-320.6,3.09-61.8μg/m L,the average recovery rates were 97.91%,101.20%,100.18%,102.24%and 97.86%,respectively,and the RSDs were 2.31%,2.51%,1.83%,1.61%,2.23%(n=6).Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable,which can provide basis for the quality control and quality evaluation of Fufang Dantong Tablets.
