摘　　要：目的建立测定小儿化毒胶囊人工牛黄中胆红素含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法色谱柱采用Waters Symmetry C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙腈-1%冰醋酸(88∶1∶2),流速为1 m L/min,检测波长为452 nm,柱温为35℃。结果胆红素进样量在0.019 23~0.288 45μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=1 808.047 X-4 734.624(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为98.28%,RSD为2.90%(n=6)。结论该方法科学、简便、专属性较强,可有效控制小儿化毒胶囊中人工牛黄的质量。Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of bilirubin of artificial Calculus bovis in Xiao’er Huadu Capsules.Methods Waters Symmetry C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was adopted,the mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-1%(v/v)acetic acid(88:1:2),the flow rate was 1 mL/min,the wavelength was 452 nm.and the column temperature was 35℃.Results The bilirubin showed a good liner relationship within the range of 0.01923-0.28845μg,the regression equation was Y=1 808.047X-4 734.624(r=0.999 9),the average recovery rate was 98.28%and the RSD was 2.90%(n=6).Conclusion This method is scientific,simple,and has strong specificity,which can effectively control the quality of artificial Calculus bovis in Xiao’er Huadu Capsules.
