大学生逃课现象中的学风建设问题探析

摘　　要：大学课堂是学习知识、研究学问、探索真理的神圣殿堂,课堂考勤制度是高校教学制度的重要组成部分,是学风建设的有力保障。课堂考勤的目的是防止学生逃课。逃课现象在各个高校都不同程度地存在。不管逃课的理由如何冠冕堂皇,其实质都是对学风的败坏。因此,高校应采取得力措施制止这一现象。要完善考勤制度,增强大学生的纪律意识,维持正常教学秩序;要加强教风建设,以教风促学风,提高教学质量,增强课堂对学生的吸引力;要加强教育引导,提高学生的思想觉悟;要转变教学管理体制,创新人才培养机制,优化学科专业设置,调动学生学习的积极性。只有这样,才能把学生的心留在课堂上,消除大学生逃课的现象,改善学风。College classroom is a sacred place for exploring the truth and class attendance system is a necessary way of academic discipline construction.In recent years,classroom attendance system is suffering a variety of embarrassment in the actual execution.College students'absenteeism is due to their own internal causes or school and society's external causes.In order to guarantee their attendance,it is suggested that education system should be transformed,training and employing systems of talents should be innovated,disciplines and professional settings should be optimized,teachers'leading role and education loyalty should be strengthened.
