摘　　要：石祥路提升完善工程跨京杭运河桥设计为双层钢箱梁,其中下层辅道桥钢箱梁位于门式桥墩中间,下挂于上层钢箱梁底部,架设施工难度较大。本工程创新地采用先在上层高架底部安装穿巷式下挂轨道,再安装四部电动滑车,用运梁船将待架梁段运输到桥梁下方,用4部电动滑车同步提升钢箱梁到指定高度,再利用电动滑车的行走系统将待架梁段送到待架梁位的施工工艺,安全快速地完成了本工程南线和北线两联下挂桥的架设任务。本文重点讲述了穿巷式下挂轨道配合电动滑车组架设钢箱梁施工工艺和控制要点。Shixianglu improve perfect engineering was designed double-layer steel box girder bridge across Hangzhou canal,in which the lower causeway bridge steel box girder was located in the middle gate piers,hung at the bottom of the upper steel box girder;its erection construction was difficult.The engineering adopt innovatively the upper first elevated installed under wear lane type hanging at the bottom of the track,then made installation of four electric blocks,used beam will stay frame beam section of the transport ship to the bridge below,ascended simultaneously with four electric steel box girder to the specified height,reused motor block system will walk with frame beams to with frame beam and a construction technology,safety quickly finished the project under the southern and northern two couplet hanging bridge construction tasks.This paper expounded emphatically construction process and control points of this new technology.
