摘　　要：将BIM这种新型技术应用在建筑工程设计、施工一体化体系中,将工程的人力、物力、财力等各项资源进行优化,有机地结合在一起,从而降低企业的建设成本,提高工程品质,是实施BIM技术的重要目标。结合BIM技术在施工工期非常短的惠安雕艺文创园工程的应用实例,科学客观地分析BIM技术对该建筑项目施工进度、质量管理的重大影响,阐述在大型公共建筑工程项目建设中充分利用BIM技术进行精细化管理,能够起到大幅度缩短工期、降低工程造价、提升工程质量的重大作用的观点。This new technology of BIM is applied in the integrated system of building engineering design and construction.It optimizes and organically combines the human,material and financial resources of the project,thus reducing the construction cost of the enterprise.It is an important goal to implement BIM technology to improve the quality of the project.Combining with the application of BIM technology in Huian Diaoyi Culture Garden Project,this paper scientifically and objectively analyzed the construction progress of the construction project by BIM technology;and expounded the great influence of quality management and how to make full use of BIM technology for fine management in the construction of large public building projects.It can greatly shorten the construction period,reduce the project cost and improve the quality of the project.
