摘  要:为分析新疆芜菁茎部内生菌资源并揭示其物种特征,笔者采用传统平板培养,通过扩增菌株的16S r DNA,并进行序列分析的方法分离筛选芜菁茎部内生菌。结果共分离得到7株内生细菌,分布在5个不同属,6株菌为稀有放线菌。该研究首次在新疆芜菁茎部获得内生菌资源,并发现其分布较为广泛。The study analyzed the resources of endogenous bacteria from the stem of turnips in Xinjiang and identified the species by microspore culture and 16S rDNA sequence alignment.The results showed that 7 endophytic bacteria strains were isolated and the 7 endophytes distributed in 5 different genera,6 of them were rare acinomycetes.In this study,endophytic bacteria were isolated from stem of haploid turnip in Xinjiang for the first time,suggesting that endophytic bacteria resources were abundant and there was a wide range of turnips from Xinjiang.
